Legal Counsel

MERJE are working with a leading energy business on a Legal Counsel hire (12-14 Months FTC) joining a leading team providing commercial Legal support across the business hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the trading team
• Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels as required
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
• Advise senior stakeholders on Legal risk

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Solicitor with 3 + Years PQE
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• Energy experience is desirable
