What you will be doing: Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business. Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services of repairs Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales. What we need from you: Full manual driving licence Previous experience working within an automotive service department You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages We are overjoyed to announce yet another Great Place to Work certificate. SG6 1BL Salary: Basic £26,000 per annum, plus commission Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 Benefits: 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
