Create a positive and learning environment for the students.  Track student progress and give helpful feedback to help them succeed. Work closely with staff and parents for the best student outcomes. Plan lessons to meet the varied needs of all learners. Requirements of the Reception Class Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Reception or Early Years. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation. Proven ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to promoting the well-being and progress of all children. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
