We are partnering with a well-established Master Trust currently looking for a Pensions Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Defined Contribution (DC) pensions or Master Trusts to take on a pivotal role, providing compliance advice and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a compliance subject matter expert, advising the business on regulatory matters and ensuring adherence to The Pensions Regulator (TPR) guidelines.
- Operate within the second line of defence, supporting the Head of Compliance in maintaining a strong compliance culture.
- Oversee and maintain compliance frameworks and provide guidance on regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure that all processes align with best practices and meet regulatory expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
We are keen to hear from professionals with experience in the following areas:
- Compliance, Product Management, or Technical roles within the DC pensions or Master Trust space.
- Knowledge of TPR regulations and experience operating in a second line of defence function.
This is a London-based role, offering a competitive package including a base salary of £70,000–£85,000, a 15% bonus, and up to 10% pension. The position also offers hybrid working arrangements, with 2 days a week in their central London office.
