Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The Client Our client, is an established Global Law Firm and they are looking to hire a Real Estate paralegals to join their remote team on a 12 months fixed term contract basis. This role is perfect for commercial real estate paralegal with at least 12 months experience in the field. The Role The role will include (but not be limited to): • Managing completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirements • Assisting with file opening procedures including preparing the first draft of retainer letter and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations; • Managing a busy caseload of transactions and liaising with the client to obtain instructions. • Assistance with corporate and real estate finance support and handling enquiries processes and collation of conveyancing searches The Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: • Previous real estate experience (12 months experience required) • Strong academics, • Strong interpersonal / communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
