Contracts Manager

Our client is a main-contractor, based in Ipswich, working across various sectors in the construction industry. They have a strong team in place and are looking to add another Contracts Manager. They are looking for an aspiring or experienced Contracts Manager to work alongsode the delivery and commercial teams to manage multiple projects across various sectors. You will need to have strong management experience with commercial projects up to £5m value, leading site teams and working with the commercial team to ensure delivery within budget and programme. A trade background is prefered but certainly not essential. What is essential is the ability and desire to work within a team, taking ownership of the projects you manage to deliver client satisfaction. The role will include liaising with sub-contractors, client representatives, external consultants and other stakeholders ensuring effcient and effective communication across the concerned parties.
