Signature Career Management are supporting a food manufacturer in the East Midlands who are looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to take on a 12 month FTC.Now this isn’t just any fixed term contract or for any business. This role will challenge you and give you broad scope to make impact across a brand portfolio in a super interesting business which very much goes under the radar!
This is a FMCG business who are going through change in moving towards a brand led organisation rather than PL. They have a strong portfolio of brands currently however have been more reactive than proactive, and looking for someone who can relaunch, re strategize and bring creativity and life to what they’re doing holding agencies accountable to deliver!
In short you will be responsible for:
- Brand planning and management working with creative agencies to execute PR and digital campaigns
- Campaign management
- Strategic brand repositioning – where do they play, how do they win?
- Team leadership and mentorship
To be successful we’re looking for:
- FMCG traditional brand management experience
- The ability to collaborate and someone who is very much a team player
- The ability to juggle multiple brands
- Agility
- Accountability
- Delivery
This is a super interesting FMCG business with versatile and premium brands who are well established and offer the best of both worlds when it comes to autonomy to get things done, yet the structure of a larger organisation.
