Your new company

Your new role
As a key member of the Iford Manor team, you will report to the Director and play a hands-on role across all business areas. This full-time position, with one day per week working from home, requires a proactive and adaptable individual. The main responsibilities include:
- Finance admin (40% of the role)
- Using QuickBooks to process and code invoices, primarily for the café, especially during the busy summer months. - Marketing Admin tasks
- Coordinating with local magazines to upload event details.
- Managing social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including writing posts and adding relevant hashtags.
- Creating brochures and event flyers for local hotels, using pre-written content and images.
- PA Duties
- Monitoring the Director's inbox.
- Organising meetings.
- You will work closely with an Executive Assistant in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous knowledge or experience in finance is preferred.
- Strong skills in website management and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with local media and coordinating marketing materials.
- Organisational skills to manage PA duties effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handle the diverse responsibilities of the role.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car, as the location requires it.
