Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Recruiter at Tribal Tech will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier digital marketing professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber digital marketing professionals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections to find the best talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Tribal Tech’s reputation in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring digital marketing talent.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
