The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more PQE or be a Licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.Requirements:1. 3+ years PQE, Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive.2. Up-to-date knowledge and competent legal advice following SRA Code of Conduct.3.
