This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or a finance student looking to gain some practical experience working within a global beauty business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily monitoring of the mailboxProcess high volume of customer deductions, supplier invoices, allocations, and queries on a timely basisLiaising with the sales teams to quickly resolve sales pricing queries and ensure customer deductions are approved/disputed as required.Liaising with the warehouse team to manage the sales orders/sales return orders and credit memos processPerform reconciliations to support month end processReviewing pricing and approving sales orders in Business CentralProcessing Woo Commerce sales receipts and refunds into Business CentralAd hoc tasks as required to assist the Management Accountant and other Finance Assistants.PERSON SPECIFICATIONAn ambitious, self-starterDegree educated (finance or related) OR pursuing a degree and seeking an internship role. This role would also potentially suit someone studying AAT or similar.Ideally you would have some experience processing high volumes of transactional activity quickly and accurately.Competency with Excel e.G., experience with SUM and Look up formulae.Pro-active with strong organisational skills and an accurate eye for detail.Can-do attitudeStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across the business and with customers.
