Recruitment Consultant

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant for our busy and expanding temporary division, no two days are the same!

Typical day to day activities:
being involved in interviewing and discussing current temporary vacancies with new candidates
finding new candidates by ways of networking and resourcing on Indeed, Reed, CV Library
Uploading new candidate registration documents onto the database, making sure identity documents have passed Eligibility to Work in UK checks, as well as performing other compliance checks
meeting Clients and generating new business

You will need to have excellent administration, communication and organisational skills, be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease, be persuasive, persistent and patient, be able to cope with pressure, be flexible and adaptable, have a mature personality, have the ability to prioritise, have good IT skills and be able to work to deadlines.

We have an office in Ipswich and Sudbury and you will be required to have a full UK driving licence and your own transport
