Account Executive

Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is looking to hire an Account Executive. In this role, you will manage key sales accounts with a focus on customers in the UK, Europe, and beyond, making expertise in exporting and relevant documentation crucial. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of export customers across the UK, EU, and other regions, consistently delivering excellent customer service. Accurately record information to ensure MRP systems are up-to-date and orders are processed smoothly through production, guaranteeing timely delivery to customers. Collect market and customer insights to better understand customer needs. Utilize a blend of traditional and digital marketing strategies for effective company communication. Assist with monthly forecast planning, order processing, invoicing, and completion of export documentation. Upsell to existing customers and manage new inquiries to drive sales conversions. Essential Criteria: Minimum of two years experience in customer account management. Manufacturing industry experience required. Experience in exporting goods outside of Europe. Bachelors degree in a business-related field. Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data findings. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Desirable Criteria: Proficiency in a foreign language. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
