Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager, AST experience and Ideally ARLA qualified to join them and work with a prestigious Estate Agency. With nearly 35 years of expertise in property sales, lettings, and management in the fantastic Ealing area they excel in customer service. About the role: * Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns * Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment * Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service * Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration. * Co-operating with the Lettings Team * Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation – Gas Certs, EICR’s etc. * Property inspections If you are interested in this Property Manager role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
