Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.Here in Boston we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready to eat salads, prepared vegetables and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar and BOL.What You'll Be DoingAre you an experienced multiskilled maintenance engineer from an FMCG/Food background looking for a new challenge? As one of our highly skilled maintenance engineers you will be responsible for:Carrying out fault finding, problem solving and planned and preventative maintenance on plant equipment to maximise equipment reliability and performanceResponding to internal customer needs to maximise production time according to given prioritiesComplying with food safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safelyCompleting all necessary documentation ensuring that it is kept accurate and is audit readyIdentify and recommend opportunities for improvements to promote Health & Safety and/or operational efficiency and effectivenessMaintenance on a range of manufacturing/production/packaging machineryShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights (6pm - 6am)What We're Looking ForWe're not all the same at Greencore and our differences help us to make every day taste better for all our stakeholders.
