Senior Building Services Manager

£75,000- £85,000 + Extensive Package and car /allowance
Senior Building Services Manager manager required to work for a fabulous client who pride themselves firstly through the people they employ and do heavily invest in them. They have been operating since the 1800's a solid, secure and successful client, havimg the chance to work on iconic building projects.
This is an exciting position, the builder is also excited to offer this opportunity to a strong Senior MEP Project Manager / Senior M&E Contracts Manager, should you not have experience working for a main contractor.
You will be responsible for
Senior level Project management MEP design reviews and working with design consultants Full involvement with Pre-Construction Managing the MEP Team Attending all site and client meetings Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E. To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE Full management and selection of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant external / internal agents Health and Safety input at a strategic level Quality Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project and working close with the commercial teamTo apply please email your cv or call Narinder on (phone number removed)
