The Role: As a Production Operator, you will work on a variety of electronic products, assembling and testing components according to our established procedures. Don’t worry if you’re new to this – we offer full training! Your safety is our priority, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure you can work safely alongside your colleagues. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: Quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges. A team player with strong attention to detail. Quality-focused, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. Able to ask questions and solve problems when faced with challenges. Previous experience in electronics is a plus, but if you’re passionate and meet the above qualities, we’d love to hear from you! What We Offer: Starting Salary: £24,000, with opportunities for salary growth through structured training programs. Bonus: Up to £5,000 annually, paid monthly, based on production efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality standards. Flexitime: Enjoy flexible working hours around generous core times and time off in lieu for additional hours worked. Holidays: 33 days, including public holidays. Pension: A competitive pension scheme with enhanced company contributions of 2.5% above the employee’s contribution.
