Senior Recruitment Consultant – Insurance Sector

Permanent People are currently working with a leading recruitment agency specialising in the insurance sector, across the UK and USA. With a strong reputation for connecting top talent with industry-leading companies, they pride themselves on their expert knowledge and personalised service.
Our client are currently seeking experienced Insurance Recruitment Consultants to join their teams across the UK!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the insurance industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and career goals with client needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from initial client meetings to final placements.
- Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance service delivery.
Experience:
- Proven success and experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically in the General Insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various roles, in the UK or USA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
