Restaurant Floor Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced & wine focused Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join the team of this celebrated Restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill.As a Floor Supervisor, you will work closely with the Manager to overseeing the day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. A big focus of this role will be to assume responsibility for the wine service within the Restaurant, you dont have to be a Sommelier but a solid base knowledge would be an advantage! Responsibilities: Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of operations Oversee the Wine service within the restaurant Supervise the restaurant team during service Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities Ensure the quality of service provided to guests and address any issues or concerns promptly Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery Requirements: WSET Level 2 + would be an advantage Previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and leadership, we would love to hear from you.
