Hospitality Manager

Hospitality Manager, South Lanarkshire, Salary £30,000 to £35,000 DOE + 30 Days Holiday + Company Pension + Onsite Parking! Hospitality Manager required to oversee and manage the operations of a prestigious golf club's clubhouse in South Lanarkshire. The Hospitality manager will play a key role in ensuring the clubhouse thrives by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience) * 30 days annual leave * Contributory company pension scheme * Complimentary annual golf club membership * Stunning location and a fantastic working environment Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day management and service delivery of the clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. * Plan, organise, and promote a range of social and club events to enhance member engagement. * Lead, train, and manage clubhouse staff to ensure excellent service standards. * Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices. * Provide induction training for new staff and encourage ongoing professional development. * Manage relationships with suppliers, committees, and support the planning of golf events. Key Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a sports club or hospitality environment. * Strong hospitality experience, particularly in managing supplier relationships. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team. * Positive and flexible attitude towards varied working patterns, including weekends. * A passion for golf or knowledge of the golfing industry (desirable).
