Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and matching candidates to temporary or permanent positions with a range of different clients. The role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career advice. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a customer facing or sales based role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering exceptional results. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles.
