Electrical Site Supervisor

Blackfield Associates is currently supporting a large construction service provider in their search for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their pharmaceutical client's project based in Oxford on an initial 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE practices. Expertise in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures. Review and approve method statements, permits, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and turnover documentation. Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project standards and schedules. Track and document project progress, addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions. Lead system walkdowns, manage punch list closeouts, and witness commissioning activities. Collaborate with contractors and project teams, providing updates and addressing concerns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred). previous experience in electrical supervision on a pharmaceutical project.
