We have 3 mono-brand boutiques across the North West and our jewellery showrooms in Manchester, Liverpool & Canary Wharf include a curated selection of these brands. An amazing opportunity to support the brand growth and exposure with your creative flair we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to support our 5 jewellery showrooms working from our head office in Altrincham. Key Tasks: As an impactful visual and verbal storyteller, the visual merchandiser will be key in pioneering product performance whether through creative and strategic merchandising or advocating for the needs of the consumer when engaging internal business partnersThis individual will collaborate with marketing, merch and retail to bring a shared vision to life - balancing regional impactTake ownership for the final visual aesthetic in all showrooms ensuring that product and design are at the heart of everything Develop and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to drive sales and branding objectivesCollaborate with marketing manager, showroom managers, merch team & design to create concepts for use in DMR window installations and displaysSupport the wider marketing team in the visual execution of new products and seasonal eventsOwn the project management and installation of showroom windows, responsible for printing and distributing signage and assets as neededProduce engaging window displays signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotion displaysInstallation of replacement lightbox graphics with DMR Jewellery showroomsCreation of window packs to send out to showrooms with detailed instructions as to how to display and execute, along with best practice guidelinesSupport with showroom and boutique openings, preparing display kits and in-store spacesSourcing furnishings and objects for showroom displaysSupporting the Events Manager in the setup of brand events, for DMR Jewellery and our partner brandsSkills & Experience: 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising with strong creative design skills working in fashion or luxuryExperience using Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge and understanding of luxury jewellery competitors and luxury brand VM strategies would be hugely advantageousProven experience in mentoring retail teams on display techniques and VM best practiceProven track record of creating engaging, brand enhancing displays is essentialBenefits: Salary: £35,000-45,000DMR staff discount – cost price + VAT on jewellery purchasesEmployee Assistance Programme including GP 24/7BUPA Healthy Minds mental health support access to counselling etcBUPA MenopauseDMR Rewards high street discounts Role: Full Time (Monday – Friday)Based in head office with weekly travel to showrooms as required
