Data Analyst

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Data Analyst for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £19.59/hour PAYE – working 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (flexible). This roles will be hybrid working.Responsibilities: Support in investigating, documenting and cleansing existing data models and data sets as part of the introduction of a centralised Data Warehouse to support the implementation of Contact Centre (CC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to meet business needs. Focus on understanding current data models that are in place within the organisation, documenting these data models in a central location, checking the data models and data for integrity and data cleansing activities. There will be a focus on collaboration with various stakeholders to gather and document detailed data models and documentation regarding current estate.Essential Skills: Experienced Data Analyst Data modelling and documentation Experience in dealing with highly complex data sets Strong understanding of SQL/Database interactionDesirable Skills: Experience with SAP Hana/SAP BO reporting suite Experience in CRM and/or Contact Centre environments Public Sector experienceIf you would like to hear more about these opportunities please get in touch.
