Pick and Pack Operator

We are looking for Pick and Pack Operatives who for join for 2 weeks staring from 30th September,2024 onwards for DS Smith's packaging site at Milton Keynes

• Role: Pick and Pack Operators
• Location: DS Smith Packaging, Andersen Gate, Snellshall West, Milton Keynes MK4 4AE
• Rate: 12ph
• Contract length: 2 weeks
• Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (overtime potentially available)
• Start: 30th September, 2024

Responsibilities:

• Transferring product from pallet to display
• Ensuring correct quantity of product is picked for orders
• Restocking pick locations as required
• Adhering to Health and Safety legislation at all times
• General Housekeeping duties in the pick area

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pick and Pack Operator in a Warehouse environment
• Ability to conduct manual handling and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Desirable requirements:

• Driving licence and use of a car
• Knowledge of DS Smith as an organisation
