Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 Shift: Perm Weekend Fri - Sun (12 Hour shifts) Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester A Fantastic position for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is now available to work for a leading manufacturing business at their state-of-the-art site in Middleton. I am looking for a Mechanical Engineer with an engineering qualification, that also ideally comes from a factory background. There are potential opportunities to progress into a leadership role as the company expands. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be maintaining their machine standards and breakdowns, whilst maintaining TPM standards. You will have a hands-on approach when attending to breakdowns, rectify issues and provide feedback on pending breakdowns & issues. Skills required for the Mechanical Engineer: Have an engineering qualification. Strong mechanical skills Welding and Fabrication Skills beneficial Factory Background Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. The Mechanical Engineer will benefit from: Weekend Shift (3 Days per week!)
