Qualifications:

• Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in luxury retail or a high-end fashion boutique at assistant or store manager level.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, with strong skills in mentoring and talent development.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: In-depth understanding of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
• Strategic Vision: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving performance and operational efficiency.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
