The perfect candidate will have great listings skills, the right work ethic, a winning attitude and be highly motivated. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means and an understanding of what makes a local independent estate agency so successful. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with significant previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities and delivering a sensational personal service. You will also be capable of managing and mentoring a lettings team and of getting the best out of people. Highly competitive (negotiable) remuneration package for the right person.
