Pensions Lawyer - Part Time

Role: IP Legal Counsel / Solicitor Industry: Intellectual Property Our client is a global leading manufacturing company based in the UK, looking to employ a qualified in-house Solicitor/ Legal Counsel with a focus on Intellectual Property. Supporting Senior Legal Counsels with drafting reviewing and interpreting contracts. Providing general commercial legal support and assisting the Senior Legal Counsels as appropriate. Being involved in projects with significant intellectual property focus. Be a qualified solicitor and have experience drafting and negotiating agreements in the field of IP for at least 4 years. Have an in-depth knowledge of UK and European patent, trademark, design and copyright laws. Demonstrate an interest in science and technology and can grasp important scientific concepts.
