Materials planning Controller

A dynamic and innovative manufacturer within electrical equipment seeking a Materials Requirements Planning Controller for their UK head office in Basingstoke. This is a newly created role where you will play a pivotal role within the supply chain function of the business. Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm Benefits: A WHOPPING 25 days Annual Leave allowance per year plus ALL bank/public holidays off, Company pension after 3 months, Private medical insurance which includes dental treatment after 6 months Your main responsibilities are will be; Master Production Schedule (MPS) Management Material Requirements Planning Demand planning and forecasting Inventory Management Supply Chain Collaboration Data Analysis and Reporting System MaintenanceTo be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following; Strong understanding of MRP principles and concepts. Proficiency in MRP software (e.g. ERP systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
