Production Operative

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Producton Compounder on behalf of our client based in Radcliffe.

This is a permanent position working for a well established company who are known for being a fantastic company to work for.

Responsabilities include:

• Weigh and manually dispense remaining fragrance raw materials, combining them with the automatically Fricke dispensed materials in accordance with the formulation, job procedure and training
• Mix raw materials in accordance with the formulation
• Remove required Q.C. samples and place in Q.C. collection tray with appropriate paperwork
• Cleaning of mixing equipment
• Remove container to filling off area
• Operate automated compounding equipment cluster equipment
• Use the RF scanning process to ensure that all raw materials are added & recorded correctly in IFS
• Manufacturing orders up to 6000kg
• Check materials prior to use to ensure color, odor and other characteristics are of proper quality; notifies supervisor and QC of potential problems.
• Maintain neat, orderly and clean shop floor and workplace at all times. Works in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Occupational Health and Safety regulations and adheres to internal policies, including (but not limited to) the handling of all containers utilising proper material-handling equipment and techniques, and duties involving hazardous materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all work processes via IFS
• Support Factory 1 Small Balance when required

You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
