Funds Lawyer - German speaker - PERM

My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking to hire a German speaking funds lawyer into their London legal team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4PQE within s funds team of a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution and be a fluent German speaker (business German essential). Responsibilities will include providing legal advice to support their European strategy such as drafting and negotiation investment management agreements, advisory and non-disclosure for German clients as well as advising across the wider business as required.
