Opportunities for progression are available for a successful candidate, European-wide.You will deliver optimum operational performance and profitability for the site through the operational strategyYou will lead and develop the Site operational teams, inspiring a shared vision, developing, and implementing formal development plansAre you an experienced People Manager, skilled in engagement, cultural transformation, a true leader? , with the ability to set a clear vision on how to take an already profitable and performing site forward through people engagement and an Operational Excellence journey – is this you?You will be responsible to the Multi-Site Operations Director, joining a global multi-site business, highly profitable. This hire will form part of the company’s succession plan.Applications taken on experience/ future fit progression - the company is growing on a global platformRole Responsibilities – Site General Factory ManagerAs the Site Factory General Manager, you will lead and develop the site functions to deliver safety, quality, service, cost and people objectives.
