Position: Architectural Technician (AutoCAD)
Location: Manchester
Salary: 35,000- 45,000

Duties:

1. Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure smooth communication
2. Conducting site surveys and handling general site coordination
3. Coordinating building and services for seamless project execution
4. Producing and delivering Tender/Construction packages using AutoCAD
5. Managing projects through all phases, from inception to completion
6. Ensuring compliance with local authorities, building regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

1. A strong background as an Architectural Technician or in a related role
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in design-build projects
3. Familiarity with interior design and commercial workspace planning
4. Knowledge of building regulations and construction compliance
5. A full UK driving license
6. Strong time management and coordination skills
