This part-time role offers the opportunity to work 2-3 days a week (with an immediate start), with potential to transition to full-time in the future. This 2 form entry primary school prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for all students. Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons in KS1. 2. Assist students in their learning journey and provide individualized support as needed. 3. Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. 4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational activities that meet the needs of all students. 5. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of education. Requirements: 1. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 4. Enthusiasm for supporting students' academic and social-emotional development. 5. Willingness to engage in professional development and continuous learning. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
