Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyorson a12 MONTHcontract starting on14th OCTOBERin/aroundthe Croydon/Wandleareato surveyOVER 2500 properties.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - £300 to £350 a day
• Over 2500properties to be surveyed
• Properties located in/aroundthe Croydon/Wandle area
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
• 12 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
• Full time only - 4/5 days a week and around 50+ surveys to be completed weekly.

Below qualifications are aMUST:

• A higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field, which is considered equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
• An NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 4 in a construction-based course, which is also equivalent to an HN (Higher National) Certificate.

Alternatively, the first year of a Bachelor of Science( BSc) degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
