This role requires: · An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service but this is not essential as we can process a new one for you) · Ideally a recognised Childcare-based qualification, although again, this is not essential. · An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with pupils and staff. · A resilient, proactive, and positive nature · Experience in classrooms supporting students. Again, this is not essential. · High levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with pupils. · A genuine passion for helping young people to fulfil their potential and flourish in education. · An enthusiastic approach and a willingness to engage with and form positive relationships with pupils. If you are interested in the role and would like to be considered, please apply for the role promptly as the school are looking for staff to start as soon as possible
