Due to phenomenal growth, sales results and continued success, we are recruiting for a National Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with luxury and high end accounts. Working closely within the Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring outstanding service to our high-end customers within the channel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure brand presence and sales growth. Execute strategic plans to grow market share and maximise profitability across your portfolio. Analyse account performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors. Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasting and KPIs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the drinks, luxury goods, or general FMCG sector. Strong understanding of the on-trade market and a passion for premium and luxury brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidence with forecasting. Commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
