A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMIS CHEF AT THE MET HOTEL, LEEDSWhat you'll be doing...Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be supporting the Kitchen team in food preparation, cooking & presentation of food to the highest standard. You can expect your working day to include a variety of tasks including, ensuring all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures and assisting in keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and a safe environment for you and the team.
