Construction Estimator

A well-run, ambitious & growing Principle Contractor are seeking a Construction Estimator to work from home up to 4 days per week and the company HQ 1 occasionally 2 days per week.The successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for Interiors and Construction packages. (Project Values up to £20 million).A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate will have/ beA construction related qualification ( not essential but preferred).Able to demonstrate substantial broad Construction Package Estimating experience gained in the UK.Estimated for a range of Interior Fit Out, Refurbishment and New Build Construction Projects.The candidate must be located within 2 hours of the company's HQ , and be prepared to go into the office 1 day a week, occasionally 2 days.With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of £70k-£90k ( DOE) plus company car or a car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus and 25 days holiday.
