Job Role: SEMH Teaching AssistantLocation: EnfieldStart Date: September 2024- Long term to permanent opportunitiesPay: £100 - £115 daily rate PAYEAre you looking for a new challenge supporting children and young people with behavioural and social, emotional, and mental health needs?I am working with a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school that are based in Enfield. The school is passionate about supporting students through a trauma-informed approach. This is a challenging but very rewarding role, and would be working with a fantastic and supportive team.The school are looking for passionate and resilient behaviour mentors to join them in September 2024.The Ideal candidate; The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for SEN and build a career around this. The ideal candidate is resilient and adaptable. Experience working with children who have challenging behaviour. Experience or knowledge of working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The ideal candidate will go above and beyond to change the lives of young people. The candidate will excel in building a solid rapport with students and staff.
