Our client, a global Digital and Technology Consultancy, are looking for an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Lead to join their team. Your remit will be to manage Compensation and Benefits activities for countries in Europe, UK and Asia, wiht the support of 2 Analysts who you will manage. You will collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams internally and ensure the rewards stay competitive and compliant. You will be a suitable candidate for this role if you have: Experience managing Compensation and Benefits equally as this role will have the responsibility for the full remit of both Experience managing Compensation and benefits for two or more non-UK regions - an understanding of the nuances of the different countries are key - it would also be desirable if you have exposure with Spain, India or Belgium and/or have build benefits packages for non-UK regions from scratch Key Responsibilities: Compensation Analysis: Monitor internal equity and market benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation structures. Team Management: Lead Total Rewards professionals in Belgium and India, supporting compensation and benefits issues across the region. Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant legislation and company policies. Market Intelligence: Analyze market data to inform compensation ranges and develop insights on reward trends. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and compensation, ensuring clear and effective communication. Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including Private Medical Insurance, Pension Plans, and more. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits Experience with non-UK regions Strong knowledge of market surveys (Radford, WTW) and compensation tools. Ideally experience in managing teams or have a high degree of interest in managing. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; Workday experience preferred. Personal Qualities: Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
