With open access to thought leaders and major industry players you’ll get exposure to leading edge technologies which will enable you to advance your skills.What you’ll doEngaging with Senior IT Management and C-level customers, helping to shape and deliver their IT infrastructure strategyPlaying an active role in the continuing growth of our Professional Services businessLeading large, multi-disciplinary teams of Pre-sales consultantsTaking the lead technical role on complex, enterprise-scale projects, throughout the project lifecycle – Campaign/Advisory, Pre-sales, Planning & Initiation, and DeliveryDeveloping, building, maintaining and enhancing our services portfolio in support of our solutions business strategyDeveloping and maintaining an active and engaged technical communityProviding hands-on evaluation of emerging technologies, and research into relevant IT market themes and trendsEngaging in opportunity-specific Technical Assurance, Quality Assurance, Governance & Customer Satisfaction of pre and post-sales consultancy engagementsWhat you’ll needStrong understanding of Microsoft client and server infrastructure and Cloud architecture, in support of complex enterprise customer environments and digital transformationKnowledge of M365, Directory Services, Modern Management, Identity Management and Intune, with a specific focus on Microsoft Teams Unified Collaboration and Microsoft Teams Voice architectures, their integration options, interdependencies and methods to securely deploy themBroad knowledge of Workplace solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms and their associated management portals (such as Teams Admin Center and the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal etc).Good understanding of certified Microsoft Teams Room on Android and Microsoft Teams Room on Windows hardware platforms from the leading market vendors (including their differentiators) as well as the enhanced capabilities and features delivered through Pexip etc.Understanding of Resource Booking systems, Room Scheduling panels and Digital SignageKnowledge / awareness of Contact Centres and / or adjacent emerging Smart Building systems, including IoT devices, automation systems and energy management solutions would be an advantage
