Claims Handler- Glasgow/Hybrid – £30,000 Do you have experience working in a claims-handling environment? A leading insurer is looking to add a Casualty Claims Handler to their established Glasgow team. Accurately assessing and evaluating complex claims, reserve calculations and settlement values Identifying complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction Maintaining key client relationships with regard to specific customers and accounts, for issues such as: late notification of claims, case progress, and issuing specific insured requirements within SLAs Claim handling experience, preferably from within a Broker or Insurance Office Helping to grow great careers and great businesses.
