Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are on the hunt for a quality assurance specialist to join the busy and friendly team at the South Wales site of a global food manufacturer. The Raw Materials Coordinator will supervise the Goods In Quality Assurance team to ensure the materials delivered to site meet the required food safety and quality standard. Responsibilities include completing sample analysis and risk assessments, authorising rejections, liaising with customers and suppliers, and taking the lead for raw material intake during audits. The successful candidate will have a background in the food industry, be HACCP qualified, and have excellent attention to detail.
