The role of Turnaround Manager comes with an attractive salary starting from £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications plus KPI bonus. As the Turnaround Manager, you will be:
Responsible for improving operational standards across all care homes in the group
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
Filling in as acting manage if a home is without

The ideal Turnaround Manager will have:
At least 3 years of experience working as a Home Manager in a similar setting
Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
Evidence of turning around a failing service
NMC Pin is preferable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
