Job Title: Health & Safety / Fire Consultant Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Salary/Benefits: £30k - £50k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting for a Health & Safety / Fire Consultant in the Home Counties area. Candidates will need a strong level of technical knowledge and a keen enthusiasm for the industry, ensuring to remain conversant with changing industry guidelines. Experience / Qualifications: - Must have existing experience working as a Health & Safety / Fire Consultant for a reputable outfit - Will need to hold industry relevant qualifications, such as: Fire Risk Assessment and NEBOSH General certificates & training - Experience servicing a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Leisure and Local Authority - Excellent written ability and comfortable using IT applications - Professional and attentive when handling Client accounts The Role: - Completing general Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across a wide variety of Client sites - Producing bespoke written reports for Clients and providing technical advice based on findings - Leading training courses, including: Fire Safety and Health & Safety - Ensuring industry compliance across internal company and Client sites - Devising and implementing new procedures in order to improve compliance Alternative job titles: Health & Safety Manager, Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Consultant, Fire Risk Consultant, Fire Risk Advisor, Fire Risk Manager.
