The role
As a IT Support Specialist you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will help enhance an existing busy team, bringing continuous professionalism and knowledge to the service provided to our customers.

Day-to-day, you'll provide first and second line support for bespoke and niche systems, including incident management, system commissioning, technical advice and asset and system management.

Main responsibilities

  • Responding to helpdesk queries
  • Troubleshooting Basic Issues
  • Guiding users
  • Performing System Maintenance
  • Testing and Deployment

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at our Ashchurch, Gloucestershire site.

Essential experience of the IT Support Specialist

  • Linux administration
  • Virtualisation management (VMWare)
  • Windows Administration
  • Proven Experience working in 1st and 2nd line Support

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
