PPA Teacher: ASAP Location: Wandsworth, South London Full-time - 5 Days/Week Salary: M1 £33,075 - U1 £47,031 Are you an enthusiastic, adaptable PPA Teacher looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to support a vibrant school community in Wandsworth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to teach across multiple year groups, providing valuable cover while classroom teachers focus on their planning and assessment tasks. If this sounds of interest, we want to hear from you. The role as a PPA Teacher, would include teaching lessons across the whole school from EYFS to KS2. To start as soon as possible. As a PPA Teacher you will be required to: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across various subjects, ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absence. Teach across multiple year groups, adapting lessons to meet the needs of different ages and abilities. Follow pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Mark students' work where necessary and provide constructive feedback. Support the school's curriculum and contribute to the overall progress and development of the students. Build positive relationships with students and staff, ensuring a smooth transition during PPA cover. Provide flexible cover where needed, including planned absences and occasional emergency cover. The ideal candidate for a PPA Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching across various year groups in primary education. Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable with covering different subjects and age groups. Effective communication skills, able to consult effectively with other staff members and build rapport with students. A passion for education and a commitment to helping all students reach their full potential.
