They approach every project with a sense of fun and discovery, making the process of designing workspaces an enjoyable and collaborative experience.Your Role:As a key player in our client’s team, your responsibilities will include:Space Planning & Design: Contribute to the design process by focusing on workplace consultancy, space planning, and delivering top-notch project designs. You'll translate client needs into innovative and effective design solutions.Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process. You'll provide expert advice and manage expectations to ensure project success.Project Collaboration: Work closely with commercial managers and estimators, thinking creatively to ensure designs are feasible, within budget, and delivered on time.Revit Expertise: Utilise your advanced skills in Revit to produce detailed and accurate design documentation, ensuring all projects meet industry standards and client requirements.Site Visits & Coordination: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure that designs are being implemented as planned.Reporting: You will report to the Creative Manager and Senior Technical Designer, who will provide guidance and support as needed.What You Bring:Experience: Proven experience in commercial office fitouts with a strong portfolio.
